| The year is 1898 and Great Cressingham
a small country village. At twelve years the children would leave school
and most of the boys would work on the land while the girls would hope to
go into Service |

| A school visit to experience
the unique atmosphere of this living Victorian school is designed for
seven to twelve year old children and lasts about three hours. |
| It is easiest if visits are limited to
thirty five though more are possible. We have open days about three times a
year with details in the local press. Individual visits at other times are
welcome by arrangement |
| Here are some pictures of a day's visit from arrival through to departure: |
