The Visit

The year is 1895 and Great Cressingham a small country village. At twelve years the children would leave school and most of the boys would work on the land while the girls would hope to go into Service

A school visit to experience the unique atmosphere of this living Victorian school is designed for seven to twelve year old children and lasts about three hours.

It is easiest if visits are limited to thirty five though more are possible. We have open days about three times a year with details in the local press. Individual visits at other times are welcome by arrangement
